Strategic Trust PIP Module Licensing

1. Grant of License

SecurityByStrategy grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Strategic Trust PIP Module ("Software") in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

2. Permitted Uses

• Install and use the Software on authorized systems
• Deploy the Software in your enterprise environment
• Use the Software for legitimate business purposes
• Make reasonable backup copies for archival purposes

3. Prohibited Uses

• Reverse Engineering: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software
• Modification: You may not modify, adapt, alter, or create derivative works of the Software
• Redistribution: You may not distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software to third parties
• Competitive Use: You may not use the Software to develop competing products or services
• Unauthorized Access: You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Software

4. Intellectual Property Protection

The Software is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain with SecurityByStrategy. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software.

5. Compliance and Monitoring

SecurityByStrategy reserves the right to monitor compliance with this agreement and may request reasonable documentation to verify proper use of the Software.

6. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
